Executive Leadership Program (4 C’s)
The “4 C’s” leadership system helps managers to organize key leadership principles in an easy to remember fashion: Communication, Clarity, Creativity and Culture. This program offers active engagement that leads to mastery of set skills in communication, identifying motives and triggers, servant leadership, conflict management, problem solving and effective leadership. Each session includes role-plays, instruction, personal application, coaching and visual aids.
Communication:
These skills are an absolute requisite for any effective interaction. Strengthening these skills will improve accurately communicating goals, challenges, differences, ideas, and emotions where it is understood, decrease miscommunications, misunderstandings and avoid upsets. In each session we coach through communications skills (i.e., listening, speaking clearly, negotiating) while applying these skills to case examples.
Clarity: (Face/Prioritize/decision making)
In this module, the leader will be coached through how to sort information logically, identify how to assess for choices that lead to the greatest chance of success and how to discern the important versus immediate decisions. We also examine how to best narrow options and make strong decisions through the use of structured thinking and analytical processes. We will introduce leaders to recommended practices such as White Space and Solitude, as approaches that facilitate analytical clarity.
Creativity:
This module teaches leaders to recognize the mental blocks that hinder creativity and identify creative thinking techniques to solve their unique problems. These sessions engage leaders to apply strategies to define, outline and solve problems. These techniques are then put in practice through real world scenarios and brainstorming activities.
Culture:
Becoming a great team developer requires focusing on serving others instead of being served. This module teaches effective tools for helping others grow personally and professionally, harnessing their strengths to create greater value. Through these sessions we will coach leaders first to understand themselves and then seek to understand other team members – and finally, to help their team members also gain greater self-awareness. These sessions will provide insight and coaching on servant leadership and building a strong sense of corporate community. When communication, clarity and creativity come together, a strong culture naturally follows.

Professional Development Program (GROWTH)
How individuals relate to others is contingent on how well they know themselves. Only when people have a good handle on how they relate to others, who they are, how situations impact them and what their tendencies are in managing responsibilities, are they able to be in a better position to create boundaries and communicate these in healthy ways. When people aren’t aware of their feelings, how things and people impact them, their responses and decisions will most likely be more impulsive, leading to more interpersonal conflict. Gaining insight about who and why they are the way they are doesn’t create change but it is a first step that helps facilitate change. When people understand their personality makeup and their communication and conflict-resolution style, they can build on their strengths and chart a course to improve in the growth areas.
The professional development program equips all employees to improve their communication and negotiation skills, conflict management and problem-solving skills to learn how to strike a better work-life balance, and to identify their motivations.
The Growth program includes three modules that cover self-awareness, leadership and motivation, and stress-management. The modules were written by practitioners in the field who have had extensive experience delivering professional development and leadership workshops. Key themes presented throughout the curriculum are based on social science finding analyses of 40,000+data sets of individuals. These modules can be adapted to your organization’s needs. The workshops are interactive, supported by multi-media resources and optional mobile applications.

Management Solutions Program
This program is designed for leaders to provide support and tools that will assist them in strengthening and growing their teams.
